April 2022 Update

Thanks to everyone who took our survey and told us about your component’s return-to-office and flexible work options policies!

We compiled a spreadsheet with the information we collected from members.  We did this so you can know how your component’s flexible work options compare to others, which may help if you want to talk about this with your supervisors/leadership.

We’re glad that Bloomberg Law covered this project.

As we expected, policies across the Department are starkly inconsistent—a concern we raised to JMD in a letter last summer.

If you’re a member and received the spreadsheet, please share any information you have about component’s or subcomponent’s policies that aren’t in the spreadsheet by filling out this form, or you can send the info to Kristina Ponce at Kristina.ponce@usdoj.gov.  We’d also appreciate it if you could flag any errors you find in what we have so far.
